To register and maintain an active account on adda77, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the lifetime of your account:

adda77 conducts age and identity verification during registration and may request additional documentary evidence (such as a copy of a National Identity Card, birth certificate, or passport) at any stage of the account relationship. Accounts for which satisfactory age verification documentation cannot be provided will be suspended and any pending withdrawals held until the matter is resolved.
If adda77 discovers at any time that a player does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in this section — including but not limited to being under 18 years of age at the time of any gaming activity — adda77 reserves the right to immediately close the account, void all bets and winnings associated with the account, and report the matter to relevant authorities where required by law.
Age Verification Process

- Step 2 — Document Request: adda77 may request a government-issued photo ID (NID card, passport) within 72 hours of registration or at first withdrawal.

Account Registration

Deposit Rules
- All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
- adda77 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own service charges.
- adda77 reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal where the deposit source cannot be verified.
- Deposits made in error (wrong amount, duplicate transaction) should be reported to support within 24 hours. adda77 will not be liable for losses incurred from incorrect deposits made more than 24 hours prior to notification.
- adda77 may impose deposit limits at the platform level or as part of responsible gaming measures applied to individual accounts.
Withdrawal Rules
- Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible (same-source rule).
- Your account must be fully verified before any withdrawal can be processed. Unverified accounts may have withdrawal requests held pending document submission.
- adda77 processes withdrawal requests within 24 hours on business days (Bangladesh Standard Time). Actual receipt of funds depends on the payment provider's own processing timelines.

- Bonuses are available to one account per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses through duplicate accounts or shared devices constitutes bonus abuse.

- Bonuses expire after the validity period stated in the promotion. Expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically.
- adda77 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify wagering requirements, or cancel a player's bonus entitlement if there is evidence of bonus abuse, exploitation of a software error, or any other form of fraudulent behaviour.
- Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash outside of the applicable wagering requirements, or used in conjunction with any other offer unless explicitly stated.
Players who have opted into a bonus offer and subsequently request a withdrawal before completing the associated wagering requirements will have the bonus and any associated winnings removed from their balance. The original deposited amount (net of any wagers placed) may be returned to the player subject to adda77's verification of the transaction history.

Betting & Gaming Rules
All bets placed on adda77 — whether on cricket markets, live casino tables, slot games, card games such as Callbreak, or arcade games such as Mega Fishing — are governed by the following general gaming rules in addition to the specific rules applicable to each individual game or market.
Sports Betting Rules
- All sports bets are accepted and settled in accordance with the official match result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football).
- In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with adda77's specific sport-by-sport void rules, which are published in the Sports Betting Help section.
- Live in-play bets are accepted subject to platform connectivity and market availability. adda77 cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of live betting markets.
- adda77 reserves the right to void any bet placed after the outcome of the relevant event has been determined, regardless of whether the platform had closed the market.
- Maximum stake and payout limits apply to individual bets and accumulators. These limits are displayed at the time of bet placement.
Casino & Game Rules
- All casino games — including slots, live dealer games, card games, and arcade titles — use certified random number generation (RNG) software provided by audited third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi.
- In the event of a technical malfunction or software error during a game round, the affected round will be voided and the bet amount returned to the player's balance. Wins generated during a demonstrably malfunctioning game session are not valid and will not be paid.

- Attempting to reverse-engineer, modify, or interfere with the adda77 platform or its underlying software
- Using adda77 for money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal financial activity

Player Responsibilities

Account Suspension & Closure
Either party may terminate the account relationship at any time. You may request voluntary account closure by contacting adda77 customer support via live chat or by emailing our team. Upon request, adda77 will process your closure request within 5 business days, subject to the resolution of any pending bets, withdrawal requests, or outstanding identity verification requirements.
adda77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
- Evidence of fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful activity
- Failure to complete required age or identity verification within the specified timeframe
- Provision of false or inaccurate registration information
- Detection of duplicate or linked accounts held by the same individual
- Detection of bonus abuse or exploitation of promotional offers
- Compliance with a legal order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request
- Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months with a zero balance (dormant account closure)
Where adda77 closes an account due to a breach of these Terms, any real-money balance remaining after deducting bonus funds, bonus-derived winnings, and any amounts subject to investigation may be returned to the player at adda77's discretion, using the same payment method as the original deposit. Bonus balances and winnings generated through promotional offers are not returnable upon closure for cause.
For responsible gaming self-exclusion requests — where a player wishes to close their account due to concerns about problem gambling — adda77 operates an enhanced closure process. Dormant Account Policy
An account is considered dormant when there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months and the account balance is ৳0.
For accounts with a remaining real-money balance that become inactive for 24 months, adda77 will:
- Send a written notice to the registered email address at least 30 days before any action is taken.
- Attempt to contact the player via the registered mobile number.
- Apply a monthly administrative fee of ৳50 (or the remaining balance if lower) to cover account maintenance costs, until the balance reaches ৳0 or the player reactivates their account.
To reactivate a dormant account, simply log in to adda77.app and complete any pending identity verification steps. All account history and previously set limits remain intact upon reactivation.
Governing Law & Disputes: These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. adda77 operates as a safe and reliable platform committed to fair play and player protection.
